Eric A Chase Architecture

Eric A Chase Architecture is a six person architectural firm in South Brooksville, Maine. Established in Branford, Connecticut in 1980, the office moved to Maine in 1998. Though much of our work is custom residential design, our project list includes a breadth of building types including, civic, religious, multi-family, educational, commercial, and historic restoration.

We believe in patient and careful listening, and design with as much client input as possible. Our job is to make real the structures envisioned by our clients and to ensure that they are beautiful and practical. In an area that abounds with architects, we distinguish ourselves by providing high quality, affordable design work and broad range of architectural services that can be tailored to fit their specific needs.
